Supplements and extracts are products that are not subject to be returned by Law. We guarantee the high quality of our products, yet if you are for any reason discontented with our products, we are offering a 30-day warranty to our customers to return them back. We will fully reimburse the customer by paying the original price of the product.

Return conditions

 In order to initiate the return, the following conditions shall be met;

1. The product must be in its original packaging and conditions.
2. Return shall be organized within 30 days following the delivery.
3. RMA number must be clearly marked.

We may offer a partial refund in case the product is damaged or has missing parts.
