Shipping is carried out by USPS.
Order processing usually takes place within 24 hours.
All orders are generally dispatched the same or the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or US national holidays will be shipped within the next two business days.
In case of having vast amount of orders shipments may be delayed for a few days. In the event of experiencing considerable delays, you will be notified about it via e-mail or telephone call.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping rates for your order are calculated considering the country of delivery, the discounts and the total sum of your order. The shipping charges for delivery will be displayed to you immediately upon checkout.
We offer FREE shipping on orders above $20 within the US.
Shipment confirmation and tracking
You will be notified once your order is shipped by receiving Shipment Confirmation E-mail, containing the track number of your order.
Damages
Herbalicious LLC bears responsibility for orders damaged or lost during shipping. In case you receive your order damaged, do not hesitate to contact us at herbalicious@gmail.com to file a claim and receive replacement or reimbursement for the damaged products. It is required to present packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
